I’m relatively new to the area and was looking for a local mechanic. I found David’s star through a Google search and saw the great reviews, plus it’s very close to my place of employment. I decided to give them a try and I wasn’t disappointed! Not only is the work that was done on my car great, but their good communication and overall friendly demeanor made the whole process go smoothly. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
I came to David's recently due to great word of mouth. When I called to schedule an appointment, Donovan was very understanding and accommodating. I didn't expect near immediate service. This is a busy shop, but they made me feel like a priority. Communication was great throughout, and turnaround time was very good. They use Napa parts, which I appreciate. They didn't try to upsell or pressure me into anything additional. Overall they exceeded my expectations. I have no complaints and will happily return. Definitely recommend David's, really good people and service.
I've gotten a good amount of work done here and I get great service every time! Donovan is really nice and the prices are reasonable. This is now my go to repair shop for whenever I need it. As a side note, they have a super adorable and soft kitty that's super friendly<3
I've been going to this mechanic since I was 18 with my first car, and they have always done great work for years. I couldn't recommend this place enough. Great service! I was towed early in the morning after my car broke down on a road trip and they were able to look at my car and get it fixed immediately. They went above and beyond to make sure I could continue my trip safely. Excellent team!
Brought my plow truck here after a storm necessitated some unexpected repairs despite knowing nothing about the shop & I couldn't be happier about it. Experience was fantastic from start to finish. Staff was courteous and knowledgeable. Shop was accomodating given the situation and very fair with pricing. Communication was top notch. Quite literally, I can't say enough good things about the place and will absolutely be bringing in vehicles for necessary service in the future.
I called to set up an appointment to get my car inspected and was able to set up an appointment the next week. Once my car was inspected, Donovan sent over a very thorough diagnosis page complete with photos! He then called me and explained each point and asked if I wanted to go ahead and get the work done. For the amount of work that was done and the professionalism shown, it was worth every penny. My car drives like it’s brand new! They also have a very sweet orange cat, Rusty, that roams around the shop! So cute!
I finally found mechanics I can really trust. David’s Star staff are true professionals. They are customer service oriented, reliable, and do great work at a reasonable price. They confirm appointments and even followup with a text to make sure you are pleased with their work.
